Only members of The_Few can vote on clan matters. Overall majority vote decides.

When an idea/policy is put forth to be voted on by the members, the time limit to place your vote will be 7 days from the date the idea is put forth. Members will then place their vote in The_Few (Voting Booth only) Forum.

The Clan Leader, Division Leader or Filthy will then tally the vote and inform the rest of the clan of the outcome. The member who sponsored the newest voted in member will inform him/her and the rest of the clan. Remember, it's 7 days from the day the vote is put forward!

A majority vote by all clan members is required to implement any policy in the clan.

The Clan Leader/Division Leader has the power of a veto.

The_Few members can override any veto, by having a two thirds majority vote. All _Few members have an equal vote/say in all clan matters. We may have Clan and Division leaders, but we do not use a seniority system!

To become a Few member:
1. You must be a friend of a _Few member or sponsored by a _Few member to be eligible for enrollment.
2. Upon being sponsored, you must wear the _FoF tag for a 3 month trial period.
3. At the end of the three month trial period, your sponsor (can) start a vote (members discretion), on your behalf, in the Few Members Only Voting Booth, for _Few membership.
4. All potential Members get voted on by _Few members only.
5. The vote lasts for 7 days from the day the vote is started.
6. The_Few sponsor will inform the prospect of the votes outcome.
7. You may not for any reason wear the _FoF or _Few tags without first following enrollment protocol.
Failure to comply, will result in a permanent ban from all The _Few functions & servers.

Rules & Regulations changes:
Members that sponsor a new prospect/friend will post on the Few Forum that he/she has given such prospect/friend permission to wear the _FoF tag. The Prospect/friend must wear The _FoF tag for a 3 month minimum trial period from date of his/her sponsors post. Following this trial period, the sponsor is responsible for starting a vote for his prospects _Few membership. (3 month minimum trial at sponsors discretion, can be extended)

No non-member may wear the _FoF or _Few tags for any reason without first following enrollment protocol. Failure to comply will result in a permanent ban from all The _Few functions & servers.

Team play isn't required to be a clan member, but clan membership is required for team play. (TAPST's saying)

Cheating in any way will not be tolerated. If you cheat using The_Few tag you will get ONE warning! If you are caught cheating a second time, you will be dismissed permanently from the clan and all things associated with The_Few.

Voting for a clan Leader/Division Leader will start in the last week of May every 2 years on even numbered years IE:2004, with the new or incumbent Leader being decided upon by the members and announced on June 1st. All votes will be in Voting Booth section of the forum.
